They are liked by everyone, small portions(he he…someone like me), lot of varieties, long shelf life and in general cookies are classic Christmas gift.

  1. I can’t bring myself to think about the C word in 2 months’ time, but I’m always happy to discuss the C word relating to food! So many yummy cookies. I especially like the diversity of the crazy cookies. I’ve also never had cookies with almond flour, so I wouldn’t mind giving those a go one day.xx

    1. I wanted to give a headsup if anyone bakes cookies well in advance. I am planning to bake quite a cookies for truckers who stop during christmas time. The organization which is collecting is expecting 500 bags each with a dozen. So, we all are trying to help.
If you like nuts especially almonds like me, you would definitely enjoy. My kids made a very yummy lemon-almond cake which was melt in the mouth. Will publish it soon.

I think that’s a wonderful thing you’re doing. You are certainly baking up a storm, which is incredible! xx
