  1. Love beetroot, too. Amazing taste and thank you for pointing out that it’s got so many health benefits. My grandmother would serve it in our Sunday salads. Have you tried beetroot drink? Toss some in the mixer with soy or almond milk, add nutmeg, cinnamon and your favourite sweetener – brilliant taste. Or blend with lemon and ginger for a refreshing taste.

  2. I relate to the bit of pregnancy changing our liking. I started eating cashew n badam and I hated them before. Was so surprised!!

  3. This sound very interesting. And I do like your pictures. I have made the carrot halva and loved it. I do have to check how it will go with the beets. The colour is lovely for sure.
