Garden Post – September

Traces of Fall beginnings is reminding me of the winter ahead. But these colorful pictures brings some solace in terms of greenery.

First comes the colorful flowers which are still blooming at full speed.

Mums are here – you know what that means.

Also this beautiful array of flowers taken while in India is awespiring.

And then comes the veggies which did well this year. For some reason tomatoes are kind of dead mid-season both last year and this year. Maybe i will skip them next year and see.

Look at those teeny tiny curry leaf plants coming up on the bottom of the big ones. That plant is 4 years old and the baby ones are blooming now. I will tell you this. Curry leaf is very very slow growing plant. Especially in the NJ climate with 6 months of cold.

And then the beautiful nature with deer friend….literally.

He showed up at our soccer practice.
