Simple Lunch box ideas #4

I will be posting the lunch box ideas every Thursday in May. Its simple without much prep on the day and mostly healthy.

This week’s boxes includes Spinach Tofu Sandwiches, Carrots, Banana chips, coconut water, cookies, muffins, Jam Rolls and Nutella fingers, Pistas and peppers.

Spinach & Tofu scramble Sandwiches, Carrots & Banana chips
Whole wheat cookies & Coconut water

Whole Wheat Tortilla(Chapati) filled with Fruit Jam, Red and yellow peppers and Pistachios
Whole Wheat Pecan Banana bread & Juice

Check Out Banana bread with Chocolate chips & Pecans

Whole Wheat Bread with Nutella sticks, Carrot sticks & candy
Vanilla Chocolate chip Muffins & Pistachios and juice

Check Out Vanilla Chocolate chip Muffins.

PS: My kids school provides the condiments like maple syrup, ketchup etc. So, I don’t pack them with the box as it was getting messy.
